    We use a variety of high-quality materials including glass beads and carefully selected metal findings. If you have sensitivity concerns, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to provide more specific information.

  • Can I request a custom order?

    Yes! We love creating unique pieces. If you have something special in mind, send us an email at frogsfabrications@gmail.com and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

  • How long will it take to ship my order?

    Shipping times depend on the method you choose at checkout. USPS® Ground Advantage® typically arrives in 2 to 5 business days, while USPS® Priority Mail® usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Because each piece is one of a kind, we can’t accept returns. We’ll do our best to make it right with a similar item, store credit, or a custom replacement depending on what’s available.
