Because all of our pieces are handmade and one of a kind, we are not able to accept returns. However, we are happy to offer exchanges if something is wrong with your order. We want you to love everything you order from us.

Exchanges:

You can exchange an item within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to make it right with a similar item, store credit, or a custom replacement depending on availability.

What’s exchangable?

• Items must be unworn and in original condition.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrived damaged.

• Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless there’s an issue on our end.

• A brief explanation of the issue.

• A clear photo if the item was damaged or incorrect.
